I don't think Dianne appears to be uncomfortable about posting at all. She was very straightforward and I think she was trying to show the rest of us how to handle a non-payment situation. 

If you wanted the name of the company I'm sure you could ask her, but since you prefer to remain anonymous and sign only as "abstractor" with no e-mail link she can't do that.

Am I off base here, Dianne?
