You have given alot of great advice over the years and just wanted to let you know I took your advice and was able to collect monies owed to me.

And you are correct there are a number of people I have also observed that would rather whine than do something about their situatons.

I appreciate all the help you have tried to give and hope you really don't leave!!!!!
