They are not. They nickle and dime you to death over copies, they arbitrarily decide not to pay orders claiming "they re-did the search" or "fixed it in house" while refusing to explain what the problem was or giving you the opportunity to fix it. They'll pay you in a timely manner , but it'll be half (or less) of what they owe you.
