Carrin,

Gerry said he wants to sell title insurance, ie. open a title company (it seems that you are abstractors now and want to expand your business).

The Abstract Solution provides title companies with vendors that will charge you less money for key services than you will get without TAS.  For example, most title companies pay some fees to a bank for the complex and numerous transactions.  Sometimes those fees are high.  TAS bank partners charge our members no-fees.

Title companies usually pay someone to reconcile their escrow accounts, a very important function, or they do it themselves which is tedious, time consuming and leaves lots of room for error.  TAS members have access to a reconcilation platform that is one of the most exciting developments in the title industry for what it can do and the risks it can prevent.  This is also at no-cost to the member.

Title companies pay to e-record documents, create deeds in other states, manage file workflow, offer clients a rate and fee calculator that is accurate among many other functions.  TAS partners offer all of these services at costs that are tailored to TAS members.  Great products and services for lower costs than the public market place.

The other huge advantage, especially for someone like yourself that sounds new to the agency side of the business, is that you are exposed and learn about products and services that can help you be much more competitive.

TAS is no-cost, so if you are looking to start your title company or if you already operate a title company, I can't imagine why you wouldn't be excited to explore our partners.
