We have also completed a small amount of work for Avanze and have had no issues with payment in the past. However, now we are getting the check is in the mail, payment will be made on...run around. I'm more concerned about the multiple commercial properties I have completed for them this month. I will continue to reach out but getting anyone on the phone is impossible and Jeevan does respond to some emails but usually I have to email him multiple times. At this point I will probably just not do business with them anymore.
