You're not alone. I did work for them for years ago, and a lot of work. Then it just stopped. They hired an entire team of inhouse people. I got into an argument with NWTC two days ago over the COTT System issue and was trying to explain to them the process that I was told by the clerks here to put in place to be able to do at least some research, and guess what...that process was doing online work. NWTC called me and said that wasn't acceptable and that I was expected to go to the court house and ask them to get on their internet access and use their internet and computers to do the work. I'm like what is the difference between that and doing it from my office first then going to the court house and getting the copies I need. I'm usually in the court house more than most, but this case was different and this person with NWTC argued with me that it wasn't acceptable. She was undermining my experience (over 30 years) and my familiarity of my home state clerk's offices. And then I thought wait...you don't send me any work anyway except maybe a couple of order that your online inhouse people can't do, so why am I arguing with you?? Take me off your list, it's not worth my time, money or effort. I'm focusing on my clients that send work and we have good/great relationships.
