Kevin, you may be right that they can't legally do this, but I agree with Gerry......the arrogance could be left out of your comments.  We are all just trying to correspond with each other to find out the pros and cons of our potential clients, and this guy was merely stating his own personal experience with them.  Unless you are prepared to give us step by step instructions on how to SUCCESSFULLY combat this, you could be a little more empathetic and a little less arrogant.  Note that I said successfully......we can put a statement on our orders all day long, but that doesn't stop them from doing what they do.  The cost of fighting them would be beyond what they owe.  Hence the current situation..........
