1. Law Enforcement: You might remember the Freedom Riders who did in fact antagonize Southern Law Enforcement. They boarded interstate buses in the north. When they crossed over into the southern states and were ordered to move to the back of the bus they refused in order to provoke an arrest, and raise the constitutionality of the "Jim Crow" laws in a federal court. It was a very dangerous thing to do because the local sheriff could easily be a member of the Klan. When I was a kid I remember seeing almost nightly news casts of the police turning dogs loose and opening fire hoses on peaceful protesters.

Southern justice was a joke with respect to civil rights at that time. The separate but equal doctrine had to be struck down by the Supreme Court because "Separate was inherently unequal." Desegregation of public schools in the south had to be enforced by federal court orders and by federal troops

2 Closing of a Museum: I do not know if they ever closed a museum, but I do know that they almost bankrupted a public bus company in the south  through a boycott after the Rosa Parks experience

3. Drugs, Defication in the streets,Public Sex: This is something of which I have not heard. In view of the notariety of news coverage of the Movement I find it hard to believe and would want to verify the source of the information. If in fact it is true then the perpetrators should be expelled from the Movement.

4. Intelligent Articulation: That will come in time. Right now there are a number of different issues that are near and dear to different elements of the Movement. It is only a month old, and there is a year to go before the 2012 election to organize and prioritize objectives.. You may recall the race riots in the South, Calfornia and Detroit even after the more refined passive resistence approach of Dr. King.

5. Payment for Attendance: There are people volunteering professional services including healthcare professionals. As soon as the Movement starts in New Haven, Ct I plan to volunteer legal services. There are also people donating food.
