I agree with Victoria.  That property is to be used for the benefit of the school childred, not the few priviledged vacationers.  And the vacationers got a judgment against the trust? 

If bankrupcy were not confined to the federal courts, I would wonder if that case were decided by the same judge who decided the case in your (next above) post about mortgage avoidance.
