Abstrax, LLC owed me a small amount, which they eventually paid. About a week after receiving payment, I also received a letter apologizing for the late pays, and promising to do better. Since that time, all invoices have been paid in full, and pretty quickly. I haven't seen any work from them in a while, but would gladly accept their orders. What a concept: a company that actually cared to send an apology letter and payment, and then keep their word for future transactions!
