I finally received an e-mail stating that one of their clients hadn't paid them and promised to pay their outstanding balance.  Why didn't they responded to my many calls and faxes?  These days no response is a red flag.  The clients that burn you big are the ones who always paid. example Express Financial, National Real Estate, etc
