Be sure to check the policy exclusions on your Errors & Omission policy.  Some carriers exclude coverage for gas and Oil search errors.  Westchester Fire excludes.  Also, be accurate when completing your E & O application if you are indicating a percentage of searches to be gas and oil or mineral.  While other carrier may not actually exclude the coverage, some carriers will decline to quote if those percentages are too high or  even noted at all.
