Yep.  We got one too.   I didn't even remember them.   I think they were just sending that out to everyone in their system.   I'm not worried about it since we don't do work for them.   We do have clients that require items in specific order.  I do not have a problem with that since they all pretty much want it the same way and it helps organize your docs.  However, they do not threaten to charge us if we have something out of order.  That would be very unprofessional.  United One just doesn't want to pay anyone to organize their documents/reports.  Who does? But to threaten people with fines for not doing it "their way" is just unprofessional.
