Maria, great for market info, business info and as discussed, reporting and checking on companies.  You used to be able to search the site by company name and get who owns it (big help when companies like Prestige etc are out there changing names to avoid bills), a real physical address, etc.  I'm not sure if they still give this out free or if it's part of the company credit report you'd have to pay for now. 

I wouldn't pay for a report on every "WE HAVE A LOT OF VOLUME TO GIVE YOU IF YOU CUT YOUR PRICE IN HALF" Shmoe that calls but if you feel comfortable, the $25-30 report would be worth it and reporting these losers who don't pay is the only way these reports are accureate.  I didn't realize they had a collections area for this Jessica, thanks for the info.
