I too parted company with ESS Title Solutions. Way too hard to understand, constantly shorting presented invoices with no reason given or even what item they weren't paying. Extremely arguementative when confronted with an issue that is 99 out of a hundred times their making. Get tired of explaining the same problem over and over for "Sam" or "Bob" only for them to ask the same exact question once again! Last straw was oversized plans ordered 2:30pm the last day before Christmas holiday and they were demanding that they be on their desk by the following Tuesday morning. Spent an hour going thru stored plans in basement of courthouse to get them and sent them out to the address specifically requested in their email before end of day. They were calling me Tuesday morning threatening to cancel the orders because he says he didn't get the package. When I explained that I had a conformation that the package was delivered to the Maryland address at 10:30am they went bullistic that they were sent to Maryland when they wanted them sent to India! When I returned his email showing that instructions said to send to Maryland, he changes his tune and makes new threats.....Wanted me to reproduce the plans (4) at my cost and UPS to India and they had to be on his desk by Friday morning (This is Tuesday Afternoon now)! When I told him that was impossible, he told me he was canceling the orders and that I wouldn't be paid for them and that he was ordering thru someone else. I get a call & an email the next morning apologizing and asking me to "do their work forever". I had enough and politely told them it would be better if they sent their work elsewhere.
