All your e-mails are great!!!!!    I am sooooo against our-sourcing to overseas.   I sincerely believe that all searches should be done in the state they occur in by licensed abstractors that search EVERYTHING the way they are suppose to and provide full documentation.  As a title company owner that is what I expect and will not settle for less.    I am on the band wagon all the time in Minnesota about it.    Don't settle for less.  Keep on showing your clients what they were not given.  Have those companies do a search and then do your own - see how they stack up.  I am for keeping it all in the USA and paying for it in the USA.
