Require that they send you their run sheet/adverse list, index copies, etc... See how long they are in business at $12.00 a pop.

Here's a questions I've wondered about - does the clerk in Loudoun know about these companies? I recall that when they went online, he required each and every person who was going to use their site remotely to meet with him in person. Does that mean that overseas companies flew all the way here to meet him, or does that mean that a searcher who met with him gave them their log-in info?
