Source of Title Forums: Re: $12 Current/Two Owner Searches

Or, more likely, they're not even doing a title search - just getting the current owners' deed & whatever mortgage looks most current. Didn't FISERV have some problems a few years ago with their "Quick Close" program that involved BOA lending money to people without having a title search done.
