How about this one and a little humor.
Received a call last winter from someone in Florida. We've never done business with them, or since then, but it went like this.
Him, "I need this today by 3pm and we pay this".
Me (I don't like the "this" amount), sorry but we're in the middle of a heavy blizzard and the Turnpike is closed.
Him, "I thought you people knew how to drive in that stuff up there in Maine",
Me, no sir, we don't... we know when not to drive in it",
Him, "Expletive... click".
Me, "Thank you"....click
