I have been using it since I started in 2003, first buying the software and now using the online version. Online is excellent and easy and always there wherever you are, backed up and updated.. Customer service is excellent. You  get a live, pleasant,  native English speaker to answer questions and walk you through anything. I strongly recommend the service.

By the way, on back up, I use Carbonite online which backs up all files as they are created automatically. You do not have to do a thing. A little green dot appears by the file to show it is backed up.  My system crashed but I was able to rebuild by going to their website and downloading all my backed up files. It is cheap, $59/year I believe. For $99/year you can back up all files and programs too.
