It has been more than 90 days, and I STILL have NOT been paid by Northwest Title. This is not a misunderstanding; they owe me for my closing services performed in December 2011. They have also stopped returning my emails and phone calls. The lender has already been informed of the situation, and I am in the process of filing complaints with the proper entities in both WI and PA.
