Michele - I'm not sure that they can do that - post in the register's office - without breaking the law.  I posted here about a non paying client a year ago, mostly out of the frustration that comes with being shunted around without having anyone really trying to solve the problem.  My post was effective because the national vendor manager saw it & was on the phone with me that same day.  The matter was resolved to my satisfaction.  I understand that this doesn't always happen & I have been stiffed for various amounts over the years.  My point was simply that hearsay is not ok by me.
