Michele, I don't think you're going to like this, but I am perturbed by your post.  If you don't have any experience with a company then I don't think you should be posting one of your clients' opinions.  Let them do it themselves.  The reason I say this is that people who are not getting paid should be out there putting their own names up on SOT; so that the other company can respond.  I have had very public beefs with a couple of companies that didn't pay; & while it's my business to bring the issue to a public forum; posting from the shadows, seems like dirty pool to me.
