I would not agree to this policy. Our office does provide a typed report for every title search order we process. If our typed report is insuffiecent for the company requesting the title search we do not provide our services to that company. We have been asked to enter our information into very few company's systems and we chose not to. One way to avoid having to do this is tell this client that your E&O carrier only approves your report forms and they have not or will not approve of your data entries into another company's site under your policy.
