I have been with Nancy Walker at American Insurance Professionals for many years now.  She is very knowledgeable and will get you the best quote she can.  That said, E&O insurance is expensive and rates vary based on many factors.  I don't shop for my policy on rates alone - I feel good with the peace of mind I get from using a good agent.

I had a "bad agent" once, that didn't explain the concept of "claim made" policies to me and she got me my quote so late one year, that it lapsed while I was looking for another quote.  I lost my retro-active coverage, which came as a surprise to me.
