It is interesting to learn about other demographic areas and how things are done.   As for off shore plants.   Well, that is self explanitory.  Mistakes. 

I cannot imagine abstracting by address.   In MN, our addressing has changed a couple of times with the E-911 system.   And then neighborhoods requesting road changes yet again, because they did not like their new address.   In some cases people just continue to use their old address.   And if there's a parcel of land, and no buildings or improvements on it, it will not have an address.  How then do you handle that?   I would think there could and would be a lot of problems working with an address or Tax ID #, being as how those can be changed easily.   Legal descriptions when they change, are recorded.   Theirs always that trail.
