Source of Title Forums: Re: Search by middle name?

Can you possibly explain that further? In Massachusetts searching is normally done by running: 1) last name only; 2) last name, first name (initials, full name). You can't search by legal description (as far as I know). In some of the registries in the Mass Land Records system, you have the option of searching by property address - but not by legal description.
