That's what I do too. But on this one, I happened to see there was a James Barthlow in the index, so I looked at the image, and it was a mortgage on Warren's property. The name Warren was not on the document anywhere, they typed James Barthlow, he signed James Barthlow, was notarized James Barthlow, and the being clause left off his name.
How could the title company let something like that happen? If they had a search done they see his name is Warren, not James. And if he went by James, why didn't they put aka? Thats just crazy to me. That mortgage is from 2003 and is not released, and Warren J. has two more open mortgages recorded after that one. Seems to me this mortgage has been missed on more than one occasion.
This worries me and now I feel like I should be searching by middle names all the time.
