ALL of my clients are title companies and I have been in the business for almost 20 years now.

Its not that I can't afford to wait, its that I REFUSE to wait, period, end of story.

I would never work for a title company who based paying me off whether a deal fell thru, thats not my problem, I did the search I expect to be paid.

And you are incorrect that all title companies pay monthly, at least 4 of the title companies I work for pay on the 1st and the 15th like clock work, great clients!

You sure sound like a very angry fellow.
