LOL  You dont even know what taking good means?   You are a title examiner correct?  LOL  DOnt sound like it to me. 

Does the rule say "if the property was in a prior foreclosure"?   FIrst off no it dosent.  SO stop trying to change shit now.    If your curreNt deed is insured then THERE IS NO REASON TO GO PRIOR TO THAT.  

You dont understand my commercial 40 year?  Whats the difference between a residential and commercial search?  NOTHING!!!!!!!!!  Same shit.
