Yes, offshoring is annoying, I completely agree. Yes, most offshore companies are not worth dealing with for numerous reasons. Unfortunately, almost every title company offshores so there is a fair bit of business available from offshore companies for orders they can't do if you can find one worth doing business with. Stellar is one of those. They are agreeable on fees and approve almost every order, a rarity in their space.

As far as your implication that we aren't a real company, you're wrong. We've been in business for 10+ years, maybe you should do your own research.
