So sorry this happened to you Misty. I hope you and other abstractors don't confuse the "Title Services Direct " name with my company name : "Jess Barker Document Research/Retrieval LLC DBA Title Search Direct"  We don't operate that way and pay abstractors regularly.

I hope you get it resolved to your satisfaction soon.
