Good luck with her keeping the payment plan.  We worked with her for many many months and provided every opportunity to help her through what seemed to be endless personal difficulties.  Many, many excuses for being late or not paying at all.  Sick child.  Death of brother.  Clients not paying.  Helping friend with sick child.  Just didn't have time to write the check.  Bank error. Bookkeeping error.   On and on and on.  She always paid eventually until last August, and now she won't return any form of contact.  Keep on your toes.
