I know they are having trouble, but I know Rebecca is trying very hard to satisfy her debts.  I have spoken to her a number of times, and from everything she says, she does not have the intention of bailing on her obligations.  I don't fully understand what went wrong, but she seems to be attempting to dig herself out of it.  She has been making payments, although she still owes us quite a bit.  I think it is going to take a while before this is totally resolved for everyone, but my advice is to keep reaching out to her, and work out a payment plan that works for you, understanding that the circumstances are not ideal, and you prob won't get paid in full right away.  The tricky balance here is for her to be able to keep working so she can pay us all back.  If everyone sues her and stops working for her (as we did months ago), it will be hard for her to work and make money to pay us back.  So it's a tough situation.  But so far she has always stayed in communication with us, and is making payments.  I will update as to if the payments continue or not, and if she pays as agreed.
