10 an hour? Does that include writing a report? I hear you on the 5 minute searches. Those were the norms back in 2005 during the boom, but now 80% of that easy work goes overseas. My thinking is why do it for $30 if you could get $60? I even argue with our Calcutta clients on why they charge $5 for a current owner when they could get $40 or $50?
