John: Your post is so true- there is no way someone not familiar with the specific county can perform an accurate title search from afar. It just says that the companies needing a title search look no farther than the local abstractors for the quality product they require. The BIG ttle companies have shown that to be so true with all of their claims from outsourced titles.
