Our office has done work for them, but we no longer will accept orders from them. They insist upon a hand written form to be filled out when doing billing, thereby negating any electronic billing methods. We have had instances when we sent them a report and they did not know how to interrupt the report. For example, we sent them a report for an eleven acre parcel and they rejected our report as we did not indicate whether or not the subject property was a condominium even though the report listed no exceptions for any easements or any condominium language. Their title review staff seems to be just checking to see if blanks on a form are filled in and not doing a true title review. Since we don't use their report forms and our forms usually contain more information than what their forms ask, they seem confused by the title information provided.
