I agree! I was contacted by this company in India and for heck of it I asked them for a sample of one of there searches. I wanted to see exactly what kind of product they were producing for such a low fee. As I suspected it is just the bare bones information that one can only get either off the internet and using basic search skills. As I'm sure you know this is NOT a good practice to use when conducting a title search.  I then asked them more indepth questions regarding the search (I have had 18 years of experience as a Searcher/Examiner) and they again provided me with an answer that was not sufficient. The way they are doing business will only make things worse for this industry and they should be stopped.
