The Georgia Supreme Court would seem to have been frowning on witness only closings and other attempts to erode the role of attorneys in conveyances for decades.  Witness-only closings would seem to me to be entirely incompatible with the 2003 advisory opinion in particular.  So,"loophole" might not be the right word here.
