I have to agree with you Tom! There is a time and reason to post for delinquent accounts, however when you are still in the same month (Feb.) is absolutely not the time! Our policy is 30 days net, at 30 days we send a memo....at 45 days we make a call and at 60 days we shut down work until payment is received in FULL. If a client reaches 90 days, we won't do their work even with Full payment! After 90 days it is time to post! Posting a company without giving them a chance to make it right is just unprofessional!

FYI........Tom, while I agree with you wholeheartedly, A little professional decorum toward a fellow abstractor should be observed even if you disagree so vehemently. We are judged by potential clients in some instances by the way we conduct ourselves on an open forum before they even get a chance to sample the quality of our work.
