TitleSource is my absolute favorite client and has been for years.  Everyone over there is smarter than the average bear, more knowledgeable about the industry than any other 5 companies combined, AND just plain nice.  They never, ever treat me like anything but a respected, valued colleague.  They know my turn times and accept them.  We always try to meet or beat the time alloted, but they are very understanding when issues come up (like weather).  There has never been a problem with payment in any way, shape or form.  Also, I believe Quicken deals with A+ credit rating borrowers (just an opinion on my part) and therefore the vast majority of their orders are clean and quick.
