I had the same problem with them, except I would be told we didn't ask for these pages, and my response was look at the order form you sent me, those pages were ask for.

At $2.00 for the first page and $1.00 for each additional page of a document I certainly wouldn't be sending copies not ask for.

And then it was longer and longer between checks to I decided it wasn't worth the effort anymore.

I did end up getting everything I was owed, but after reading all the postings about them I am really glad I decided to quit doing their work last year.
