George, I did work for them for 8 years. The people were nice to work work with, they payed promptly, auto-pay.  At the time I charged 50 for a c/o and included the few copies they needed.  In early 2011 I rec'd an email that they were expecting a huge increase in volume and I needed to sign an agreement.  It was moot, as I was then informed my fees were too high as they now had vendors doing c/o's for $15-$26, that my fees were on the high end ($35-$50) and because of that I probably wouldn't be receiving any more orders -- and I haven't.  They were in in Troy, MI at the time.  Sorry they dumped me but I couldn't do their work here so cheaply.
