Oh to be sure.  And we use the term "searching" very looslely as it relates to these title searches performed for these foreclosures.

Sadly, no matter how many times these same issue arise, nothing will change as long as the vendors are looking only at the up front bottom line cost.  They never factor in the cost of taking corrective measures to fix this crap!!
