Exactly! If the Deed and the Mortgage legal description don't match the forclosure attorney should address that BEFORE filing the foreclosure.
But I cannot tell you how many times over the years I have had to run into this exact same scenerio. The foreclosure attorneys rely upon information uploaded into a vendor portal, they cut and paste the legal and no one bothers to read the dang legal description until the property is re-sold and an actual title search is conducted on behalf of the new purchaser.
