Oh heck no! Going to someone's house to do a closing is nuts.  I let mobile notaries handle those, there is no way I will send one of my employees to someones home. PERIOD. I have done these closings,  they make us ZERO dollars & are generally requested by podunk lenders who do shady deals.  If you feel that this is the only way you are gonna make a buck, get a permit & take a GUN!
