The other thing to watch out for is the terms "hold harmless and imdemnify"  clause in the contract.  They basically want you to agree to repay them and their attorney for any potential loss downstream from your work!!!  Whole lot of open liability there - I refused to sign and they cut my account off about every 3 months, I email and get it re-instated and still receive orders.  Other than that - they pay decent and on time.  However, don't send extra copies and expect to get paid.  Most of the time you need approval prior to sending.
