Let’s also not forget Source of Title’s contribution as the catalyst for the formation of NALTEA, the first national organization focused on the concerns of title examiners, abstractors and searchers, a worthwhile organization that every professional searcher should join.
On another note, I would also like to say that this is one of the few online forums that don’t have moderators exercising dictatorial powers over who gets to say what. You’ve always been a gracious host over the years even when you and I have vehemently disagreed on an issue, (and tolerated the occasional off-topic post), and it is appreciated. So, thanks for the sounding board, Rob, congrats on ten great years and best wishes for many more!
