I quit doing their work years ago because

1. they require that you snail mail their invoices

2. They some how manage to lose your invoices even after overnighting them and having proof that the overnite was signed by someone in the company and I provide them with a name. We are talking about 3 months of invoices.

So I quit doing their work, fed up with hearing no they never got the invoice.

Hopefully that has all changed and you can actually email your invoices, like I do with all my other clients or my clients have me on autopay.
