Source of Title Forums: Re: Hypothetical Question: Life Estate

Okay, I'll bite. Betty & Carla each own 50% and the life estate remains with Alan until his death, upon which Betty & Carla will own the property outright. I can't find any reference to deeding a life estate to a trust - not sure you can do that. Also, what would be the point?
